Jo had been our mail carrier for the past several years and she was THE BEST, the friendliest and the most caring person. Before she was our carrier, we all on our street got mail that wasn't ours and our mail was constantly being mis-delivered. Jo almost immediately fixed that problem and for that we all thank her.
