Not sure what to say?

Jo, showed courage, great spirit, and peace to those around her in her last months. She had a smile that was infective. We will miss her, and the girls in her class will especially miss her on our day out. Her funeral was inspirational and the singers (menenites) were wonderful. I loved the tribute of kindnesses, lives touched and her skills of nursing, expressed at the funeral. We will all be better for having known such a sweet spirit.

Growing up in Washington-Wilkes with Jo, and all of our classmates, I too want to express my condolence to her friends, and family. I will always remember her friendship, her great smile, and boundless energy. She will be missed by all.

Jo and I go back forever - we were class mates through high school in Washington, GA. In the 1970's, I would see them at "tracter pulls", where Jimmy would compete on his IH tractor against JD tractors of my customers! I will miss them both.

We're thinking about you during this sad time. May God comfort you and strengthen you.

Jo and I grew up in church together from the time we were Sunbeams through GA's in Washington until we graduated in 1960. She was such a gentle person who had a lovely, lovely smile. My prayers are with you at this difficult time.

Martha, Agnes, Wendy, Jimmie, Tricia, Jay, and Julie,
Jo and I were friends from the first grade. We played together as children, we were cheerleaders together in high school, and I always cosidered her a close friend. I share your sadness. My heart goes out to all of you.

To Jo's family,
We know and recognize your pain.
Jo and Wendy's wife reached out
to us when we lost our precious,
beautiful daughter. We will not
forget that. Our thoughts are
with you as you go through this
shadowed valley.
Sincerely,
Tommy and
