Coach Meaker was absolutely amazing. She was not only one who loved what she did she inspired so many along the way. I was so grateful to have her in cross country & track. I also was honored to be in her first aquatic biology & environmental science classes. I remember going to her house just after her seahorses had their babies. She was such a wonderful soul. Jo and I were good friends while attending West Texas State University. Jo loved Jesus Christ, her family, running track at WTSU, her teammates, Coach Mary Hill, and being a Chi Omega. Jo has finished her race here on Earth and is now enjoying an eternal jog with God. Jo definitely made this world a better place.
