Jo Ann O'Neal

Dear Mark, Steph & Family and all the Families of Jo Ann,

There was never any time when I ran in to Jo where she wasn't always so nice and friendly to me. Jo was a lovely lady and cared about our family, especially mama and daddy. I know you all will miss her as a lot of people and so will I.
