Read MoreJo and I both started medical school at UT Memphis in the July 1962 class and graduated together September 1965. We had an ongoing friendship throughout school as we both lived in the old dormitory on campus. I last saw Jo at a reunion in Memphis in 2020 as I recall. I just learned of his death and wish to express my heartfelt condolences to his family.

Last I saw him was Cozelmels restaurant. He was meeting friends..
I was his patient. He walked into the exam room l. I had dyed my hair strawberry blonde. For some reason he loved red hair.

Jo and I were classmates throughout medical school in Memphis. We lived in the same dorm for the entire time. I´ve always considered him a lifelong friend. My sincere condolences to his family.
