Hello Family, We live on Summit Ave, just behind your beloved Joan. She was a wonderful neighbor who I was fortunate to meet a couple of years ago. My son saw changes at her house while walking home...we are very saddened to learn of her passing. May her memory bring you much joy and peace in this time of sadness.
