Joan Phipps Belpulsi

I will always remember Joan from our days on Ford Drive. Our children Susan, Pamela, and Jeffrey and Stephanie intermingled.Pam passed away in 2003.Joan was always apleasure to talk with. Those were the days that made memories.

I live in Liverpool now. retired. Sue lives fairly close> Jeff and family in Pulaski NY Pams daughter has 3 boys, Jeff has 2, and we have a new 1 yr old Great Grand boy son of Jeffs son, Josh

Joan was a dear neighbor next door when we both lived in N Syracuse.My daughters, Sue and Pam adored her and Stephanie
I am so sorry for your loss & BELIEVE you will see her again

May God keep Joan in heaven, happier now that she is in His presence with all the family she so loved.
