Joan Delores Biggs, 81, passed away Friday, due to a short illness. She was predeceased by her son, David Biggs.

Survivors: her loving son, Daniel A. Biggs; her brother, Nicholas (Sandra) Romeo; several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
