Loved the stories we would share. We also enjoyed joking about how we were both named "Joan". Joan will definitely be missed.

Sorry to hear of Joan's passing. She sang " the wedding song" at my wedding in 1988. I sang in the choir with her at FUMC in Auburn. She will be missed, lovely lady.

Joan singing "O Holy Night" on Christmas Eve at First United Methodist Church is etched in my mind forever. Nobody, but nobody, could sing it like Joan! A beautiful voice, a beautiful soul, may she rest in peace and sing with the angels.
