JOAN BOWMAN

I had hoped to make a last minute appearance tomorrow but my schedule will not allow it. I have such marvellous memories of my time with the the family, hosted by Joan at the Vineyard. She always made me feel like one of the family, one of her boys. I think there were even a few Kennedy bro jokes bantered about as we tossed the football about on the Vineyard sands. She was a great lady, with poise and a powerful sense of what was right and what was wrong. A moral compass that she passed...

So sad to hear of Joan´s passing She was so inclusive! I always felt welcomed into her family who are a group of the kindest most creative and unique individuals Many beautiful memories I wouldn´t have had if I hadn´t met this lovely, compassionate, and fascinating woman
