Joan was a once in a lifetime friend. We met at water aerobics and were partners. Meeting Joan help me to adjust to retirement. We always had a blast. We would race each other and she would win. We would share our family stories. She was always there for me. I have a couple things she quilted for me to cherish. I will miss her but looking forward to seeing her in heaven. She loved Bob and her family very much.
