Not sure what to say?

Dear Kerry,

You must be Peter's daughter and I see you are maintaining the Guest Book so I will address this to you. I am sorry to have found out a bit late about your grandmother's passing. I didn't know this site existed until my husband passed away June 3, 2007 and found it very comforting to hear from people my husband knew. I knew your grandfather, Bob, very well from PSE&G Co. and ask that you please pass my condolences on to him and I hope he is doing well. I had met Joan...

Well Grandma, its been over a year since you've been gone and i still feel the pain of you not being here. And as much as i think fondly of the memories we've shared sometimes those same memories bring sadness that there will be no more times to come. In two months Dan & I will have been married a year. I truly wish you could have been there for our wedding but I know that you were watching from the front row in heaven. I miss you and I wish you were still here. I know grandpa isn't the...

I was very close with the Busold family many many years ago, and I always kept fond feelings for Mrs. Busold. I thought she was a terrific lady, and she really supported me when I needed it. I'm sorry to hear of her passing, and my love to all of you. I hope to be in touch with you soon.

Dear Joan,
Thank you for the welcome you gave, over 27 years ago, into your family – it was much appreciated as was the fact that although you had no need to do so, you remembered my family members'names and details and never failed to ask after them whenever we met. And as I sit here surrounded by my own handiworks and creations, I know that it is you I must thank for the encouragement and interest you gave me in craftwork, which has proved to be an enduring pleasure for me. Thank you...

Joan,
I was truly blessed to have you as my mother-in-law for over 25 years. I learned a great deal from you and your support was always greatly appreciated. You were a wonderful Grandma to Kerry and I am so glad that you were such a vital part of her life. You will always be carried in my heart.
Love, Brona

Dear Bigs,

We were shocked and saddened to hear about Joan. We'll never forget the welcome and friendship you both extended to us from our very first visit to McWain, and looked forward to seeing you summer after summer. There was always a welcome on the porch of Cabin #7.

We all grieve in our own way, in our own time. We wish you and your family all the strength you need right now, and we hope that your many, many happy memories will sustain you day by day. Our...
