My precious dog `Tanner´ was from Joan´s California litter many years ago. I will always remember Joan´s gentle, kind and wise countenance as I selected my amazing Labrador. So, one memory which is always in my home in Canada even now is of a work of art by Laura Berry the famous artist who asked Joan to use my dog Tanners litter as subjects for a print.
