Not sure what to say?

We got to know this sweet lady from the Swensen family. We were fortunate enough to get to know her at Thanksgiving dinners and enjoyed her company along with other family members. It was a pleasure to see how Joan was delighted to be surrounded by family. It still brings such joy to remember her as a such a great mother who raised a wonderful daughter like Kathy who is a blessing to the community who has such a dedicated kind heart to help whoever needs it. She will always be in our hearts.

Joan and Ralph Campbell were amazing people and are truly to be missed. Growing up as their neighbors thru my childhood is a positive memory as they were always so friendly and helpful. Joan as my third grade teacher and they held July 4th breakfast in their backyard annually for a few years too. Both were early morning joggers too. Rest peacefully Mrs Campbell. Life´s race was well ran. Glad you can now be reunited with Ralph.

Joan as a great lady who lived life and loved people! I have fond memories of her walking the hallways at Bethel trying to find out how to help students better than she was already doing! She was an amazing servant!

Our love goes out to you all. Life is always a little bit more empty when a parent passes. Hold each other tightly and you can feel a piece of her soul and love she left in each and every one of you. God bless you through these days of sorrow. Focus on how happy and healthy she is now sitting in the circle of the Lord. We love you! HUGS!! Jeanie, Sue, and Maxine

May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived. She was a great teacher and I loved singing with her in the church choir.

Sorry to hear of the passing of Joan. She was fun to work with when the clinic was in the elementary office and later down the hall.

Sorry for your loss. She had a long and fulfilling life. She was a joy to be around and a great cook. May your memoriesyou hold close to your heart bring you comfort during this difficult time. Love, hugs and prayer to you all.

I was blessed to have been a student of Mrs. Campbell´s and to later work with her when I returned to Bethel to teach and she was school nurse. She was a remarkable woman with a caring heart and great sense of humor. She will be missed by many!

Joan was an amazing person. The impact she had on so many lives would be impossible to measure. As a young teacher and mother, I valued her mentorship and friendship completely. She was a light to all and we are better for having known her. My deepest condolences to her family.
