We never knew "Joanie's" children, I worked on the same unit as Joanie at SwedishAmerican hospital. she was always friendly to everyone. I remember how much she loved gospel music on WLUV and always called in requests for songs. hadn't seen her too often in the last few years. Got to see her and say Hi, at the SAH retirement luncheon each year. Joe Salvi and the staff at the radio station called by her first name usually. or "Mrs Carlson's on the line wants to hear" whatever her favorite...
