Dear Cleland family,

So sorry to hear of Joanie passing. She was a joy to know, always in a happy mood. I will miss her kidding around in the cafeteria AND her smiling face. Remember all the memories you have made, they will stay in your heart forever.

My deepest sympathy to Joan's Family. Joan was a wonderful human being. She always had a smile on her face. She was friendly to all employees at PTC. God Bless all of you during this difficult time.

My deepest sympathy for the loss of your dear mom. Joan was an inspiration to everyone at the PTC and will be greatly missed. God needed a new Angel in heaven the day He took Joan home. May your family find peace in knowing how well your mom was loved and is now smiling down from heaven and watching over you with the love and admiration she has for her family and friend. May God bless you and comfort you.

Chris, I am so sorry to have heard about your Mother dying. I didn't really know your Mother very well but if she's anything like you are she's a great Lady! I'm sure she is at rest now and will be looking over your shoulder to keep you safe. May God Bless you and keep you.

I have only had the pleasure of meeting Joan one time, but in the one time, I could tell she had a very good heart and would do anything for anyone. My husband was joking telling her I was a pain and she told me if I ever wanted to complain to anyone about him she would be more than happy to complain about him with me :) That just tells me she also had a great sense of humor.
My prayers are with the family at this time of loss. May you all find comfort in knowing she is in a much...
