During the many years Joanie and I worked together at the Holiday Inn, she was always so very special to me. She had a way about her that made everyone feel comfortable and important Her smile was infectious and warmed our lives. I will always love and respect her. We will all miss her.

Joan will be missed. She was a wonderful lady. She provided service which was above and beyond the call of duty. PRMC classes in the future will miss out.
