To Joanie´s Family, I am so very sorry to learn of Joanie´s passing. She was so helpful to me in my early days as a teacher in the HWRSD. She welcomed me with open arms and taught me so much. Her smile and laughter lit up the room when she entered. She had a heart of gold, and I am honored to have known such a beautiful person. You have my most sincere condolences.
