I was very sorry to hear of Joan's passing. My mother had told me awhile ago that Joan was suffering from brain cancer and she was very concerned for your family. I have fond memories of our families getting together many years ago and know that you were very close friends with my parents going back all those years ago in the Bronx.

Our beautiful and stunningly serene Aunt Joan was a treasured member of the Deutsch family. She had a quiet demeanor about her, yet a strong familial love emanated from within. We will miss this wonderful Aunt. Love, Robin, Paul, Lauren and Hilary.
