I first met Joan in Budapest when she was accompanying Sam on a business trip for Lincoln. I had just started with Lincoln International at that time, early nineties.
Joan stroke me directly as a very nice and caring person. We gave had several encounters after that in Cleveland and I always felt warm welcome. I exepienced that she and Sam passed on that kindness to their children since I got together with some of them for fun occasions!

Mary Beth and Sidney. My deepest condolences to you and your extended family. I will remember Joan as a prayerful and loving woman, and a true example of Christian womanhood. We did not see each other often but she always made me feel grateful to be included in her circle of friends. I know your memories of your mother and grandmother will keep her alive in your hearts.
