Life is measured in years but memories will live forever.I still remember like it was yesterday the nights of playing kick the can at your grandparents Fred & Dora or the countless hours of croquet where your father Raymond would join the neighborhood kids on the back lawn to determine the best player in Marshfield.My deepest sympathies to Abbie,Barbara and Alison for the loss of Joan.

Joan will be greatly missed at UMM. She was the one we all looked to for answers. Her dedication to the university and easy-going manner with people made her irreplaceable. No one can ever fill her shoes. My very best to her family.
