Joan was the shining light of my day. Her and Doodles were so special to me and the world is going to be a little darker now that she is gone. I know she is with Lawrence now and I know she is at peace. Prayers to all the family I miss her every day !! Kathi Herolaga

Joan was a special cousin to me . My Mom is welcoming her. They thought a lot of each other. Visiting Aunt Pearl and seeing everyone in my younger years was so special. God Bless all the family and I know Lawrence is happy to have her with him.

Joan will truly be missed even though I haven't seen her in a while at Magnolia Springs she was truly loved by us. I took care of her for a long time while she was there and I loved her and doodles very much. She was sure a pistol and always spoke her mind and that's one thing I loved about her. I also loved how much she loved doodles. She always loved to be as independent as she could. I have text Melody a few times to see how she was doing because she meant a lot to me.
