Joan Green passed away in Seattle, Washington. The obituary was featured in The Seattle Times on May 7, 2011.
I was so sorry to hear of Joan's death. She sang with me in the Rainier Chorale for some time. When she could no longer make the drive, she joined another chorale, but came to many of our performances. The last time I saw her was at Leavenworth when we had a mass choir performance there. My condolences to all the family. She is greatly missed.

I always appreciated you mom, Doug and Mike, as the mom I babysat for who kept good stuff to eat around the house---especially corn candies in the fall!!
I will always remember taking care of you guys and Cindy, the beagle.
