Although I am not a direct family member, I am the son-in-law of Charles Edwin Watkins married to his daughter Susan, I have fond memories of meeting and getting to know Joan. She had a very likeable and fun spirit. She was the kind of person that felt like family from the moment I first met her. Hope to see you in heaven one day.
