I graduated with Joanne from St. Stan's in Bay City. I saw her in church a couple of times and had the opportunity to speak with her at those times.

My prayers are for her...I know she suffered and now she is in peace.

So sad to hear about your mother's passing! I remember being in your kitchen after school (7th grade) & eating pickles and she would always come in and say it was hotter than h-e-double hockey sticks!! That story always puts a smile on my face and I hope this memory brings a smile to yours! May God watch over you and give you peace during this time.

Joan was such a sweetheart, and so welcoming and loving to myself and my family when we bought the Essexville Big Boy. She brightened my day with her smile and humor.
