Joan K. Hopf

Dear friend Joan. I am so sorry to have heard of her death. A great friend to me and my late hubby. She will be missed greatly by me. Visiting from Florida her home would be one of my first stops when I was in Saugerties. I would be invited for a meal and a bag of tomatoes appeared at my elbow as I was leaving and would be my gift for the visit. Always a lovely lady and a dear friend, generous and kind. A true loss for all the Hopfs. God bless you all.

So saddened by Joan's passing. I remember her as a wonderful and kind soul. Though I've long since moved on from Saugerties, I remember The Hopf's fondly. Best regards.

Mrs. Hopf was always a constant at Cahill, St. Mary's and in the life of her family. Knowing her was a privilege. May her journey continue in our thoughts, prayers and memories. Godspeed.
