Betty, Seeing your mom´s smile at Mass would just make my day. She was always so kind to me and while she may not have been able to communicate with the spoken word, her eyes told the whole story! She will be missed....my deepest sympathies to you. I will keep you in my prayers.

Dear Betty Jean The memories that we had as children were always very special. I remember spending many a time at your Mom's house swimming in the pool and having cook-outs with our combined families. Your Mom and Dad's hospitality and kindness were always so special to us growing up. Joan was my best friend through Cathedral High School and continued to be through the years even though we were not able to see each other as much as we would have liked, as the years passed by all too quickly. A remarkable woman, truly Christian, strong in tragedy kind and loving, always. Truly an Angel.
