Will always remember Mrs Johnson. Scott and I were home from Oregon State University one summer and were visiting Oregon City after a long walk. Must have been after 10pm! Late at night we tromped into the house and I'm sure her son Scott and I woke up Joan. Instead of being upset, she was oh so nice. She asked if we were hungry. We balked answering. She literally made us a Grilled Cheese sandwhich. Oh so compassionate of a lady. Will remember her fondly.
