Not sure what to say?

I was a friend of joan through her son joe. I just found out that she passed. I was very saddened to hear the news. I have many fond memories of times with her & joe that I will cherish.

Joan and I started at DCJS together and worked the long Weekend Day Shift together. She was a sweet lady who always remembered the names of my children, my love of panda bears, always asked how I was even after I left DCJS and was always willing to do whatever she could for anyone. I was saddened to hear of her passing. Rest peacefully Joan, until we meet again...

Joan,

My dear friend, you had a great personality and a very generous heart. You always were there to help and advise anyone in need. I will always remember the good times. Cards with you and Phil, and the trip to Storytown with Joe. Now, you join Phillip and Joe the three of you are together again. Our Christian faith teaches us that in death life is not ended, just changed. Enjoy your new life.

Growing up with Joan as a friend was a wonderful adventure. Together we spent many summers at the lake in Vermont and saw the Roll Stones perform at the Palace. Will cherish all of the good times. Rest in peace my friend.

To Joan's family, especially Christian. Joan was a sweet lady, with a kind heart. She was so very proud of her grandson Christian and he was always so attentive to her. We knew Joan through Bethlehem Senior Services. We will miss her.

Im going to miss picking on the "normal" people with Joan. Not many people could appreciate our sense of humor. My hopes and prayers go out to her family.

To Joan's Family,

I worked with Joan several years ago at DCJS. Joan would talk about her grandson and it would bring a huge smile to her face. To Christian: always remember that although your time with Nan was too short, let the wonderful memories of her inspire you throughout your life.

Sincerely,

As someone who worked with Joan at DCJS for the last ten years, I'd like to express my condolences to Christian and Sue. Joan was a generous lady with a sharp sense of humor and she will be missed on the Weekend Day Shift.
