Joan was my unofficial sponsor and the bravest person I have known.

Ned, Joan was a very special friend to me. We laughed and cried togather many times. she taught me so very much about quilting and life. we will both miss her very much. love ya gwen

You are in our thoughts and prayers always but especially during this time of grief. Joan was my best friend and I had the priviledge of knowing her for over 18 years. Her legacy will live on in me along with the beautiful memories of our relationship. Joan knew that she was loved by all of us and her faith in Jesus was remarkable. Our precious Joan is now in Heaven with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Ned, you are in my thoughts as you move through this difficult time of grieving. Joan touched so many lives in so many different ways -- you can be proud of both the way she lived and the grace with which she died.
