Not sure what to say?

Joan loved life! Travel, her family, her dogs, nature! I was lucky to be her neighbor!!

My condolences goes out to the Lindsay family. May the God of all comfort be with you at this difficult time.

I went to call Joan this Christmas and when I did I learned that she had died. Julie and Steve, Karl and I send you our deepest feelings of sympathy.
Joan was such a bright and generous friend. During our first two years of marriage while Karl interned at University Hospitals I worked in Public Relations with her. She and Dick made Cleveland a special place for us and thoughts of them have always brought back so many wonderful memories. We know how much you will miss her this...

to Julie: just remember your mom is with the angels. she is watching over you all the time.

Joan was my neighbor when I was in elementary and high school. I will remember her always as a volunteer and traveler!!She loved her animals, her children and husband and was a great role model! Joan was ALWAYS in a good mood!! She will be missed for sure!!

Steve - Julie: My sincerest condolences are extended to you. Your mother was like a second mother to me. You are in my heart and thoughts.

My heartfelt condolences to the family of one of my favorite co-workers at University Hospitals in the 1960s.

I was shocked and saddened to hear of the death of Joan. We have been friends since we were about five years old. She was a wonderful friend and a special person. I send my prayers, love, and deepest sympathy to her devoted brother, Bill, and her children Steve, and Julie.

My thoughts are with the family during this difficult time. I hope that the promise in 1 Thessalonians 4:14 can bring comfort. Knowing that there is a hope for our love ones lost in death can be reassuring.
