Not sure what to say?

Remembering Aunt Joan today on the anniversary of her passing. God bless.

Dear Lovasz family,
I was so sorry to hear of my godmother's passing. She and my mother, Anne Sever Wade, were dear friends since their teen years. My 6 siblings and I always had so much fun when the Lovasz clan came to visit for my birthday or a holiday.

"Aunt Joan" gave me my most favorite birthday present ever when I was 9: a bright yellow winter hat with stripes of orange and lime green. I thought I was the coolest, most fashionable kid on the block in 1971!

I am sorry to hear of your mother's passing. She was our Mom away from while at school. If we needed ANYTHING Mrs. Lovasz had the answer whether it was something to eat because we forgot our lunch, a Band-aide for a skinned knee or a hug to make the tears go away. She was always there for us kids. She will be dearly missed.

I am saddened to hear of the loss of Mrs. Lovasz. She was a kind and capable secretary to our church school and treated all the students as if we were her "own". My condolences for my classmate,John, and the whole family and special prayers for all her special loved ones as you experience "Decembered Grieving" while you mourn during a holiday season. Hugs and prayers today and in the coming year.

On behalf of the Dr. Nicholas and Margaret family, I extend our sincerest condolences on the passing of Joan. My parents were close friends with Bob and Joan.

In fact if I remember correctly, my father, Dr. Nick, delivered all of the Lovasz children.

Our prayers and thoughts are with you.

Eldest son of Dr. Nick and Marge

Aunt Joan was a loving and happy person. I always remember her having a smile and enjoying life. Our deepest sympathy to all her children and grandchildren. With loving memories and God's blessing.

My deepest sympathy to the Lovasz Family. Mrs. Lovasz was loved by all the students at St Jude's in the 60's & 70's. May her soul Rest in Peace.

I am so sorry to hear of Joan's passing. She was the school secretary at Saint Jude's School while I was a faculty member. She was such a dear person, had answers to every question and was always willing to help in any way needed. She will be missed by many.
