Not sure what to say?

Dearest Joan, Now you know the answers to the questions we asked in science in high school. I'm still searching, and, hoping to meet up with you again someday and compare notes. I will miss you.

May Joan assist us by her prayers, so that we can be at that big party one day in which we'll see her wonderful smile and all of our loved ones once again. Pray for us Joan, We miss you!

Joan will always be remembered as a kind and gentle soul. It was always great to see her at the annual St. Mary's luncheon. She could always be counted on to be in attendance and to support the BVM nuns. She will be missed.

Joan,
We shared many a haiku, sushi and song together...may you find comfort in the Lord's embrace.

Our family loves and admires Joan. She was beautifully gifted with a very bright inquisitive mind and had a spiritual integrity that was dazzling. She said that she tried to follow the teaching of a favorite Saint that was to "not let a wrong slip by without it being addressed". WOW, what a burden to carry ... but she did so, naturally and joyfully. Bless her. We feel so honored to have known, enjoyed, and loved her.

Our deepest sympathy to Patti, Joan's family, and close...

May Joan rest in peace. She was a great friend in life, to my brother, Art. She is pain-free now as an angel in heaven with God. Our prayers are with her friend Patty, who was of great support and strength to Joan during her illness.
Love, Marjorie (Kulp) Joe & Ava Petrik
