Read MoreI am so sad to hear Joan passed away. I worked with Joan at Northern Virginia CC, and left the DC area in 1985. I kept in touch with Joan for many years via our annual Christmas card exchange, but hadn´t heard from her for quite awhile. What a lovely picture of her. A kind and gentle lady whom I will continue to remember with fondness. My condolences.
