Joan was a once-in-a-lifetime friend/confidant/coach/mentor/co-worker. Our numerous connections on earth mean the world to me. I miss you dearly.

Joan changed me and my life for the better!
I will never forget her and her infectious smile that taught me to smile and say good morning to everyone I saw. Will miss her greatly.

Remembering Joan always having a smile on her face...regardless of what she was going through. Feel blessed to have known her, and to have her love Nemo so much. She will truly be missed.

I had a long history of friendship and many happy experiences with Joanie. She knew how to have a great time and no matter what, always saw the light and potential in each person. I know she is enjoying the "Higher Life" with her beloved family....and finally back with her brother Glen....which is how we met in the first place. We will miss you Joan....heaven just got a bit brighter! xo

Joan is a pleasant memory from almost 20 years ago. I recently heard she had returned to Milwaukee and renewing old friendships as well as developing new ones. She will be a bright light in heaven with her energy and graciousness. RIP, Joangel.

Your time on this earth was too short. Yet that time filled so many others with joy it is impossible to count. It makes it that much more difficult to imagine life without you. You will not be forgotten. Your Spirit will live on. In your family and friends, your coworkers and colleagues. And in my heart.

There was no one like Joanie, kind , warm, uplifting and caring. She was the definition of a " true friend ". ..I don't know what so many of us will do with out her wonderful smile , concern and inspiration. This was all so sudden and jarring but I know she is in a far better place. I hope to meet up again...
