SHE WAS A GOOD FRIEND .

Sister Joan was my physical therapist while i was a patient at Farren Memorial Hospital circa 1971. I had been paralyzed in a sporting event and spent my initial 8 weeks of my recovery in her sweet hands. I can say I only have fond memories in spite of what was a challenging experience. We became life long friends and I will miss her

I am heartbroken to hear of my dear cousin Joan's death. We had the most incredible childhood together, with her treasured sister, my cousin Ellie, who I am sure was waiting for her along with the rest of her loving family in Heaven. My condolences to Joy, David and her loving great niece and Nephew. I wish I knew in time to attend the services. God Bless her family at the Sisters of Providence who have also lost a family member.
