Joan was such a positive influence on me when I first met her while I was in college with her son Mark. She made me feel like I was part of the family and was always genuinely caring about what I had going on in my life. I was inspired by Joan's giving and easy going nature. Both her and Len showed me how to be a loving couple that gave more than they ever expected in return.
