Not sure what to say?

Dear Bernard:
Sincere sympathy from all members of Laureate Omega Chapter, we all knew and loved Joan and will miss her smiling face at all future sorority events.

On behalf of all the ladies in our chapter.

I first knew Mrs Perry when I was in Ritual Chapter in Beta Sigma Phi 18 years ago. SHe was Calgary City Sponsor and was there when my now 14 year, Haley, became a legacy daughter. We car pooled together to Area Council and shared jokes and stories together.
Joan is and always will be the finest example of a Beta Sigma Phi.
I will miss her radiant smile and great sense of humour.
My sincere sympathies to all her family.
Once the pain is over remember the good times you shared...

I met Joan and Bernard on one of their trips to Australia at the home of mutual friends, Joan and Ian Elliott. What lively discussions we had! We even talked politics! Joan will be sorely missed not only by her husband and family but the many friends she made in Australia. Warmest wishes,
Kay Vollett (presently living in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada)

Bernard, Greg, Jennifer & family, My deepest sympathy in the loss of Joan, Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Friend (extraordinaire). Having grown up next door to the Perry’s, my brother Darren & I were very fortunate to have Joan & Bernard “in our backyard”. We had so many fun nights by Bernard’s fire hearing about all sorts of interesting adventures from their many travels. Of course, we couldn’t wait for Bernard & Joan to get home from vacation as there were always great stories, pictures &...

We first met Joan & Bernard almost 20 years ago when they travelled to Australia with Ian's cousin, Evelyn.

Since then we have spent many holidays together, both here in Australia and Canada and America. Joan was an excellent tour guide and we visited many places that were not on the "tourist map". How many people from Australia have visited Head Smashed in Buffalo Jump and how many Canadians have visited Dungog in New South Wales? Not many I guess.

On our first meeting we...

Bernard, I first met Joan as Mrs. Perry in Beta Sigma Phi. She always made me feel special in a sea of important ladies. Then I got to know her as Joan at the annual Fuch's Boxing Day open house. She will be missed by all.

Bernard, my deepest condolences. Not sure if you remember me but I used to live with Edith H. next door and remember your wife fondly.
God be with you..

The members of Iota Master will always remember Joan and shall truly miss her however, we each have wonderful memories to sustain us and all are better for having known her.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family. You have lost a dear one.

Dear Bernard and Family,

Joan was truly a real Sister. I will miss her at our different functions.

My thoughts and Prayers are with all of you
