With a heavy heart we announce the passing of a remarkable woman. Joan E. Tarcha Russo, of Butler, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 12, 2025, surrounded by her family and friends as she lost her 7-year battle with Parkinson's. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandma, great-grandma, aunt,...
Our memories started on Remil Drive many years ago. The friendship lasted over the years with pool parties and many good times together. Blessed to have had so many wonderful times together.
