Read MoreI learned only today the passing of Joan. I became fond of Joan after she successfully sold my condo of 101 Ocean. We spoke French together. She and Kent were caring supporter of my restaurant, Le Petit Chez Mimi on Colorado in Santa Monica. It was a pleasure to know her. I will miss you Joan. I am heartbroken by the news of Joan's death. What a truly wonderful person she was - a terrific real estate broker, a great friend, and a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother. My deepest sympathies to her family, friends, and many clients who loved her. We have so many fond memories of Joan to carry with us.
