Joan Williams Scalise

I have so many fond memories of my beloved friend from many years ago when I was the Mayor's Administrative Assistant and later a Legislative Aid to the NYS Assembly. We started together at City Hall and became friends immediately. She was the GEM of our group and the laughs, so many laughs, remain with me today. I loved her dearly and I know she's laughing with Frank and those who passed before her. Til we meet again Joan.
