I am so broken to hear of Joan's passing. I hadn't seen her since she moved from the Ave. One day I went by and the house was empty. She was a wonderful woman. I enjoyed listening to her talk about her life. I'm sorry that I didn't get to see her before she passed. She will remain in my heart
always.
