Joan was a good friend and mentor while she lived in Denver. She accomplished so much in her life. Whatever her role at any given time, from being an educator to a counselor, a friend or family member, she was always selflessly ministering to others. She had a big heart. RIP, Joan. Your light and laughter is missed.

I have happy memories of teaching at our Lady of Lourdes school under Joan. She was a wonderful boss who loved to gather her staff to play games and sing together while she played the guitar.
