My condolences to the Sherwood family. Mrs. Sherwood was my all-time favorite teacher. She was my 2nd grade teacher that had a split 1st and second grade combined in 1973 (if I remember right). I will always remember her fondly. I remember I would drop by and say hi from time to time over the years when she was still teaching at El Verano school.
