Not sure what to say?

Dear Fred,
My deepest sympathy to you and your family. My fond and admiring memories of Joan extend all the way back to our college days.

Please know that our hearts are with you during this time. While we haven't been close in recent years, we remember fondly our Christmas' spent with the Silva's. We will truly miss Joan.

Much Love

Nancy, John, Kelly and Casey....

This is sad news. The Silva house on Bacon lane was always a warm, welcoming place with a very traditional facade but a funky, eclectic, and very book-lined interior. Mr. Silva,

Our thoughts and prayers go out to you. Joan will be deeply missed.

Sincerely,
Jeff McMinn 1st Advantage Dental

Sorry to hear this.

Dear Fred and Steve: Deepest sympathy to you and all your family. We are sure that the past several years have been difficult. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

I fondly remember the Film Literature Index parties that Fred & Vince Aceto
used to give when a volume was completed. It was the best of times with lots of good food, good wine and great conversation. Joan was always in the thick of it. I was just starting as a librarian and Joan had tons of experience to share.
My prayers are with Fred and his family. Fred and Joan's devotion to each other and to their children was always evident. She will be missed.

Please accept our deepest sympathies.

Our sympathies to her family.
