Not sure what to say?

I have known Joanie since 1974, both our freshman year at John Carroll University. She had so many friends back then and she maintained all of those friendships throughout the years. She attended every JCU Class of 1978 reunion and I last saw her at our 45th Reunion in June of 2023. It is hard to believe we lost her not long after that gathering. Joanie had an infectious smile and a wonderful personality. She will be missed by me and the many hundreds of friends she had from our days at...

We are so sorry for your loss. Tim and I have such fond memories of our get togethers in Hilton Head. She was a joy to be around.

I met Joanie while playing with the Women's City Golf Association. I was a new member in 2022 and was paired up with Joanie on more than one occasion. She was wonderful to play with and was super friendly as I was such a new member it was so nice to be paired with her. I really looked forward to the rounds that I was in her group. I am so sorry for your loss, she will be missed by so many, including myself.

Joannie was my babysitter when we lived across the street from the Carroll family. She was my all time favorite. She was a bright light and I extend my deepest sympathies to all who loved her. She was so special.

George, Alan, Kevin and Stephen, Our sympathies and prayers are with you and your family. We were so sad to hear about Joanie´s passing. Joan was a great person and so full of fun. She will be missed! Steve and Pam Marshall

So very sad to hear of Joanie's death. I remember her most when Lynn and Kenny were dating and what fun we all had together!

George, Alan, Kevin and family, my heart hurts for you. Joanie was a wonderful friend and I will miss seeing her. I have so many memories of our time together starting with EGR baseball. We were the moms of the Als. Joanie and Jim yelling out "can of corn" at flyballs. Since then seeing Joanie at MVP talking about our grandkids. I will miss our talks and her smiling face. Go Steelers!! Grace, peace, love and hugs!

George, Though we have known you since our kids were little, we´ve been next door neighbors for 5 1/2years and Joanie´s passing has left a huge hole in our hearts. We will never forget her open water swim on Fife Lake this past summer. We will always miss her capable, caring, action oriented spirit. She knew how to get things done and have fun. She has left us way too soon and we mourn with you and your family.
