My most sincere condolences to Joan's husband, sons and grandchildren. I worked with Joan at the OEA and I truly enjoyed getting to know her. Family was important to her, as she spoke of Hal and the boys often. I remember her talking eagerly about retiring and moving to Arizona. I know how hard it is to see someone you love pass away. May condolences and the love of those around you, bring you comfort to get you through the days, weeks and months ahead. God rest her soul. ~ Susan Weber
