Joan Tilley

My sister Joan was a wonderful person, and she and Bill were a special couple. I have wonderful memories of our gradual journey to get to know each other, as we didn't grow up together. Despite being from different generations, there was a kinship there that grew with the years. I wish that I had been able to spend more time with her, but am glad for the time that we had and glad that my children got to know her and all the Tilleys. I am so glad that Joan and Bill finally came to Alaska...

I will miss Joan. I have many wonderful memories of our times together and her generousity towards me. I have always known that Joan cared a lot for me. Her spirit will remain active and alive in my heart and soul. With love, Topper Tilley
