I met Joan when I was the Dir. of Admissions at the Geriatric Center. In addition to be being a joyous personality and staunch resident advocate, she was a cheerful person who was loved and admired by her many associates and friends.
I will miss her smile and her love of life. My prayers and condolences to her family at this difficult time.

Joan was true joy to be around daily as I used to be the Rec. Aide for her unit on the 2nd floor. She will always be remembered for her recall of times past and even the more recent events. I loved to talk about baseball with her because she enjoyed it just as much as I did. Her knowledge of our beloved Phillies impressed me greatly . I will miss her and her infectious personality.
