Joan M. Walters

It's hard to believe that one month has already passed. Covering her window to the world has been so heartwarming. Still last week folks were becoming aware for the first time. I only wish I could have recorded the words and sentiments for Joan's family. Of course they know how wonderful she was. She was a true ray of sunshine for each of hundreds of transactions that took place at her window. One gentleman asked where mom mom was. As I handed him a copy of the obituary and watched his eyes...

My deepest sympathy to your family. Joan was an amazing person and she is missed already.

I'm sad to see that Joan has passed away. I remember her well from our childhood days and many summers spent at the Yorklyn Pool. She was always so much fun and had the best smile! May she Rest in Peace.
